For a quick hair treatment go to the grocery store grab the ripest avocado take it home and cut half into a bowl and one egg white and whip or mortar and pistil until smooth and apply to shampooed, towel dried hair. Wrap hair in plastic wrap for 15 minutes then rinse. It’s like magic.
